What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer a warranty on your electric bikes and equipment?

Yes, all Fiido products come with a comprehensive 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware components under normal use.

What is your return policy for sports gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them to qualify for a full refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and flexible financing options like Klarna and Affirm for eligible purchases.

Are the e-bikes waterproof for riding in the rain?

Our bikes have an IP54 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against splashes and light rain. However, we do not recommend riding through deep puddles or using high-pressure washers.
